NRP, a national developer of low income housing, has proposed Lansing Reserve, a 65-unit project in a quiet area of the Village of Lansing. The application requires building a 2-lane thoroughfare, millions in grants and subsidized loans, reduced property taxes for this development in the form of a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) and it is justifying this development using dated and inapplicable data.
